- Contact form: your name, email address, optional company name, the service you pick and the message you write.
- Email or WhatsApp: if you contact us directly, we receive the details you send us.
- Technical data: our hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to run the site.
What we do not do
- This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.
- Fonts are hosted on this site, so your browser does not contact font providers.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Why we use your information
We use your details to reply to your message, to prepare a quote, and to run a project if you decide to work with us. The consent box on the form records your agreement.
Who processes your information
This site and its contact form are hosted by Netlify, which may process data in the United States and other countries. If you choose to chat on WhatsApp, the chat is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Links to social networks and our blog take you to other sites with their own policies.
How long we keep it
We normally keep emails and form messages for no more than 12 months, unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep records longer.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@aispark.info. Depending on where you live, you may have other rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
